The training program — based on sound behavioral analysis, delivered by industry-best trainers with an effective set of tools and methods — delivered different results from one sales organization to the next.
He noticed something different about the sales organizations that had great results – their sales managers were more committed and skilled than the sales managers at companies with so-so results.
So, he left the traditional sales training business to focus on something no other providers were addressing at the time— developing skilled sales managers who are committed to coaching and increasing the effectiveness of their teams.
